Made to order

Every Off The Prints tee and sweatshirt is printed after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days after the order is submitted to our printing partner. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Production time is separate from shipping time, and busy periods or product availability can affect estimates.

Shipping availability and cost

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Products may ship separately, and a mixed order of tees and sweatshirts can have a combined shipping charge.

Delivery and tracking

We provide tracking information when available after shipment. Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow for production as well as transit time when ordering for a specific occasion.

Address changes and delivery issues

Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if you need a correction; changes may not be possible after production begins. If tracking stops updating, a package appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, use our contact form and include your order number so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.
